2. Materials and Customization

All rings and pendants produced by BondSply are made from 925K Sterling Silver and include
both the BondSply brand and a 925K stamp on the item. We also offer the option to customize
jewelry with different materials and designs:

• Gold and Rose Coating: Please note that these coatings are not permanent and may
  fade over time. For a longer-lasting gold finish, we offer Micron Plating, which includes
  0.5 grams of pure gold.
• Custom Orders: If you have a specific design or model in mind, we are happy to
  accommodate. We also offer all items in 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold. Please contact
  us for more details.

3. Product Details

• Rings and pendants are handmade and come with a solid back.
• Items are delivered in a gift-ready box.
• Engraving on the sides of rings is available for an additional fee.
• While rare, stones may occasionally fall from rings. BondSply offers free repair services for such cases; however, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

4. Ordering Process

• Ring Sizing: Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct ring size
  before placing an order.
• Customization: After placing your order, please contact us with your preferred logo or
  design. We recommend submitting a high-quality image for the best results.
• Copyright Responsibility: The buyer is legally responsible for any logo, text, image, or
  design provided for customization. BondSply assumes no liability for items that infringe
  on third-party copyrights or trademarks. The buyer must ensure that all materials
  submitted are free of copyright or trademark infringement. If a legal issue arises from the
  use of copyrighted or trademarked materials, the buyer will be held fully responsible.

5. Shipping Information

BondSply provides free express shipping via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT, with an estimated
delivery time of 1-5 business days. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not
included in the item price or shipping costs. These additional fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s
responsibility.

6. Repair and Maintenance

In the event that your jewelry requires repair or maintenance, such as fallen stones, BondSply
offers free repair services. However, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to
sending the item for repair or maintenance.

7. Disclaimer

BondSply is not responsible for the durability of non-permanent coatings such as gold or rose
coatings. If you require permanent plating, please request micron plating for your item.
