Material Options:

• Necklaces can be crafted from 925K Sterling Silver or Solid Gold (10K, 14K, or 18K).

Attention:

• Please note that gold and rose plating are not highly durable. The longevity of the plating may vary based on skin acidity.
• Micron Plating: This method uses 24-carat real gold and is more durable than standard plating. Please note that micron plating is only available in yellow gold.

Shipping Information:

• All orders are shipped via UPS Express and are insured. In the event of loss or theft, we will create and send a replacement at no additional cost.
• Shipping Policy:
  • Free Express Shipping: Available for US and EU customers.
  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
  • Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receipt of full payment.
  • Estimated delivery time is between 1-4 business days for express shipping.
