At BondSply, every piece of jewelry is custom-made with care, designed according to your specific requirements. Because each order is uniquely crafted, our refund and return policy is different from standard retail purchases.
1. Custom-Made Jewelry

All custom orders are final sale.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has begun, as your piece is made exclusively for you.
2. Non-Custom Jewelry (if you ever add ready-made items later)

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Order Errors & Production Issues

If there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong engraving, wrong size, or incorrect design details), we will remake or repair your jewelry at no extra cost.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a solution (repair, replacement, or insurance claim).
5. Resizing & Repairs

We offer resizing and repair services for a fee, depending on the design and materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages).
